"We held our 50th Anniversary Bash on Saturday 16th June at the Club (85 eating) and were, with our guests, “bowled over” by the food which included canapes with the welcome drinks beforehand and the main meal dished up in a very orderly fashion, servery style. The catering team also managed the celebratory cake, strawberries and cream, cheese and biscuits, tea and coffee, brilliantly. Our guests were very complimentary both about the food and the venue which bodes well for WSC. Our thanks to the Too Much Spinach team on the night for making the evening so special."

"This was the first time that Jack and Dominic, from Too Much Spinach, had provided the fare for the annual Trafalgar Dinner for members and their guests at Warsash Sailing Club. They provided valuable menu advice, prior to the event, and were flexible and supportive in their approach. On the night they were determined that the dinner should be conducted in accordance with the traditions of Trafalgar and all those dinning enjoyed the evening of good victuals, wine, and company. We look forward to next year when hopefully Too Much Spinach will still be part of the ship’s company, and order of battle."

"We eat at the club regularly and have sampled the lunchtime sandwiches (I still dream of my smoked salmon one!), routine weekday lunches, steak nights and Sunday lunch. The weekday menus are varied and there is always a vegetarian choice and a gluten-free option. The pies are my particular favourite but the curries are excellent and the beef burger so succulent! The hardest thing is choosing what to have. The Sunday carvery was lovely! We were there on a beef Sunday and the meat was cooked to perfection. You can opt for the "well-done" outside or hang back till the "medium rare" is exposed. The roasted veggies were gorgeous too. Puddings are beautifully presented and seem to be getting better and better. I loved my strawberry cheesecake with fresh strawberries and a scoop of fruited ice-cream! Too Much Spinach start with good ingredients (particularly noticeable on steak nights and the carvery we had!) I have never been disappointed in the quality of the meat. They really take the trouble to offer excellent value for money and look after their clientele, including catering for allergies (they will even make special gravy for Coeliac diners!) If they can do it, they will- you only have to ask!"

"The Too Much Spinach team arranged the catering for our wedding at Warsash Sailing Club. Right from the very beginning they were responsive and provided us with plenty of suggestions as to what our options could be, whilst giving us flexibility to add in some of our own ideas. Nearer the time, they organised a tasting session of the Wedding Breakfast, where feedback was actively encouraged, and there was a further opportunity to make small tweaks to the menu. Nothing was too much trouble. The end result was impressive - countless guests commented on the quality of the food, which was beautifully presented and served in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend the TMS team to anyone looking for great event catering at a fair and reasonable price."
